With over two decades of experience as a communications and marketing executive, Jennifer specializes in building targeted strategies that achieve long-term brand stickiness while driving significant business efficiencies.
At Flock Freight, a FreightTech company recognized as one of TIME’s Most Influential Companies in the World and a CNBC Disruptor 50, Jennifer managed internal and external communications, issues management, brand experience and social media effectiveness by 40% through refined communications and presentations.
Prior to Flock Freight, Jennifer served as VP of Brand and Communications at Medable, Inc., where she led internal and external communications, issues management, and executive thought leadership. She worked closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff on corporate communications, contributing to Medable’s prominence in decentralized clinical trials, and supported key stakeholders at prestigious forums like the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
As the Global Head of Marketing & Communications at the International Fund for Animal Welfare (ifaw), Jennifer led the transformation of the digital marketing and communications function of the 50-year-old NGO. Leading a team of 30+ professionals across different regions, she managed a $15 million budget and increased brand awareness by 30% through a comprehensive global strategy.
Earlier in her career, she was VP of Brand Communications at PMK•BNC, Jennifer co-led the transformation of the firm’s consulting practice and managed major accounts like Genworth Financial and Diageo.
Recognitions like being named a Council Member of the Forbes Communication Council and winning the Ad Age Marketing Vanguard Rising Star award highlight Jennifer’s contributions.
In her personal life, Jennifer is active in politics and is a mother to three boys.
Margo Spiritus
Margo has over 20 years of experience building, launching, and leading companies, brands, and digital products across industries, including emerging tech, DeFi, media, sports, art/culture, and politics. An expert in marketing, communications, and digital innovation, she translates business initiatives into strategies that catalyze growth, drive revenue, and build bold brands.
Margo began her career in the West Wing of the White House and was most recently the CMO & Operating Partner at a prominent venture studio, where she incubated and launched tech-forward companies alongside renowned technologists, futurists, and cryptographers.
Earlier, Margo served as CEO & Board Director of Saatchi Art, a global marketplace acquired by (NYSE: LEAF). Before that, she led marketing at a pioneering sports media company, when it was acquired by (NYSE: CBS).
Margo divides her time between Santa Monica and NYC. An art lover and technologist, she is committed to supporting emerging artists and breakthrough creativity and was a member of the New Museum’s incubator, which brings together entrepreneurs working at the intersection of art, design, and technology.
Passionate about the outdoors, she has trekked through Patagonia, Nepal, Peru, and the Dolomites. She is also a certified yoga instructor.
